Bigger and well-toned butt is what most of us want. This is something that you need to work on. You can’t achieve it by being a couch potato - sitting around and doing nothing. You need to know some exercises for a bigger butt also known as bubble butt exercises.
So, how do we do it? Try these simple but effective exercises.
The Squat
The squat is an easy but effective way of toning your butt. To achieve the desired result, the fats should be burned off and more muscles should be added to the butt. To do the squat, spread your legs at about 2-3 feet apart and assume a sitting down position on an imaginary chair. Add intensity to the lower body by lowering your upper body as much as you can for faster result. Using dumbbells can also produce better results.
The Lunges
You can do this using dumbbells on both hands or a barbell, if you’re already used to it. All you need to do is to step one foot forward, straighten your back and bend your knees in front to a 90-degree angle. On your back foot, try to lower your kneecap near the floor as much as you can and stay like this for a few seconds. Now reverse your feet position. Keep on doing this exercise for a bigger butt.
The Step-Ups
Do the step-ups on a sturdy platform or chair. Make sure that the height of the chair or platform is knee-level and keep it steady to avoid occurrence of accidents.
Here’s what you need to do: Pretend that you’re going up a stairway. Start stepping with one of your legs and use it to pull your body up. Give all of your weight to the stepping leg and make sure not to step your other foot on the platform or chair but instead, raise your knee toward your chest. Step down and try it until you get used to it. Step-up is a definite help. This is an exercise for a bigger butt.
Walk, Stride, Jog and Run
Little do we realize that the activities we do every day are great exercises for a bigger butt. Walking or striding burns off a lot of calories and extra fats, so it is a great habit to cultivate. The muscles of the feet, thigh, ankle and, of course, the butt, will develop. More muscles will mean bigger butt. The results of walking or striding is amplified during the running or jogging activity.
Before you try these exercises, make sure that you make a commitment to consistently do them. After attaining your goal of a bigger butt, you will still have to work hard to maintain the desired result or you’ll end up going back to square one. Track your progress and make sure that all your efforts do not go to waste.
I recommend that you wear comfortable, non-slip shoes when you exercise; and you may also need to buy some gym equipment that you can use during your exercises. Be aware that these bubble butt exercises are the best exercises for a bigger butt.
